Brakes uneven pull
So no matter how much I adjust my in and out screws on each pad, after the first pull of my brake lever, the left pad wants to remain against the wheel, so that when I apply the front brake, I only see the right pad move toward the wheel, what adjustment can I make to get an even pull, the rear works fine, hybrid style brakes by the way, on a zizzo folder. Thanks

How about you tell us what kind of brakes you have? Oddly enough knowing certain details like that really helps.

Not all brakes adjust the same. So it really does help to know what make, model and version brake you have.
ZiZZO has different models of folders don't they? Probably have different brakes on the different models.

"V-Brakes" are common on cheaper hybrids.
Behind the brake arm there are usually 3 holes for the spring to go into. Make sure that is the same on both sides. Middle hole?
There are also small Allen head screws in the brake arm for fine adjustment of the tension. I think you would tighten whichever is not springing back properly.
As @Bill Kapaun mentions, a little grease never hurts.

On most brakes, that is one or more of 3 things, friction on the mount or pivot, spring, pad sticking to rim. On some brakes, it could be a yoke or straddle cable or such. test and isolate, but as others have mentioned, the type or model of brake will help narrow it down.
