That's nice, and I'm terribly happy for you. The one that OP jfouellette inquired about converting to IGH has vertical dropouts.

The Sturmey-Archer XRF4 is a modern, relatively light IGH that BikeFriday regularly fits to pakits. Would the 210%% gear range be enough? Is it hill or windy?
That s nice to see it fits. It gives a good idea of the Tikit capabilities with an IGH. Mine has a problem when folding and unfolding. The derailleur interferes with the front wheel nut. This could be related to my bike size (small). I m wondering if an IGH would prevent this.

what is the max tire width on the Tikit? Schwalbe has a Marathon 47-349

That is a good idea. Would the indicator chain, tensionner and cable interfere with the folding? I already have that problem with the existing derailleur. Maybe a smaller derailleur could do the job, Micro shift Acolyte model.

That would be great since a tensionner would not be needed.

It might not apply but when I folded my size small pakiT, reversing the front wheel avoided the derailleur conflict. When one folds a tikit, can they turn the bars to reverse the front wheel as well? You can watch BF video on folding the pakiT if this isn't clear.

This is the web site. It could be a typo with size 349 and 305

The link that you provided is of a 47-305 tire, not a 47- or 37-349 tire. Are you looking for 349 tires or 305 tires? From the looks of the images posted here, it looks like 349.

I m looking at 349 size so only 35-349 is available. I confused it with 47-305.

How about a 349 to 305 conversion? A 349 wheel with a 35mm tire is roughly the same diameter, ergo the same attack angle and bottom bracket height, as a 305 wheel with a plumper, plusher, lower pressure 57mm tire. Like this...

Always the same problem with tire size in inches !

If you want wider tires (and if the frame has clearance for it), the only wider tire I know in ETRTO349 is 40x349 for the race Greenspeed Scorcher and Trublu.

The other solution is to change the rims for ETRTO355 (Birdy size) were there are 44x355 Marathon, 50x355 Big Apple and 47x355 Black Jack and even wider Vee Tire Co Crown Gem 57x355.

Hello, I’ll keep both since a spare is needed in case one of them can’t be used. Sorry

I have one without red dot but i don't know how to price it. I think it can be sent for 20 USD

My personal idea is that it could be reinforced but it might not be necessary. Only a few of them broke and it was probably because of heavy people and probably because they would pull the handlebars when pedalling, which doesn' really help.
