get a mavic m-9 instead. that was my first ever computer and the damn thing still functions when i try and use it. which is more than i can say for FD.

I have mentioned this COUNTLESS times and it falls on deaf ears. I do think they could/should implement a code/rule that says that an OLD thread (say older than 1 year since the last update) should not be bump-able, except maybe by the OP or someone who participated in the thread, to update it.
Otherwise, a zombie thread is usually anachronistic and it's usually better to start a new thread anyway.
