Why? If you're not going to drive it you could probably get good money for it.

had a 91 Civic Si - absolute blast to drive - and a ton of room to haul items with the back seats folded down
a co-worker had one of those neat 6 speed AWD Civic wagons .. I would often ask him (plead) to sell it to me - but he wasn’t ready to move on from it
but one day he plopped a small piece of paper on my desk - an ad for a used Civic Si - and a few days later I acquired the Civic
put CRX Si wheels on it with V rated rubber - BFG Comp TA VR4’s or something like that ... and that really improved the handling ... also has a friend build a receiver hitch for it
