Litespeed Catalyst

Hi. Very new to Forum desperate for some tech info.
Just purchased a frame, and in the process of building it up.
I canot find a bolt to fit the thread in the BB which holds the gear cable guide.
i suspect it maybe UNC or UNF but as I'm used to European frames and metric threads I'm stuck.
can any one let me know what the actual size and thread are please.
Regards
john D

I would be surprised if Litespeed didn't use all metric. If no one around here knows the answer, I recommend contacting Lynskey. They can probably tell you. Worst case tap it out a tiny bit larger for a known bolt size.

+1. I haven't come across any US made, quality, produced after 1980 road frames that don't use metric fasteners.

Likely a M5 (5mmx.8mmpt). Most likely the threaded hole is gubbered up and wants a chasing with a tap. Andy

I have a 90s Classic, which may be the same, but I can't say. I just checked mine against a tap, and it looks to be metric 5mm x 0.8. Ditto on it may be damaged by previous owner.
