By February, I'm into it, but few more rides in 50s and 60s temps, please. November is the worst, the changeover months kill me.

I find the worst is when you have a prolonged cold period before it snows. Snow slows you down and increases your exertion, so you have more heat and less wind chill. Rolling resistance is one factor I often forget to take into account for early season cold weather rides.
