Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Nope. But I don't have zippers on my booties.

I do but they aren't stuck. only use them below 40F and that is rare. even more rare now since I'm a former cyclist.

Happens to me every fall. Silicone spray lubricant is Plan A. Chain lube is Plan B. If all else fails, use a couple safety pins (assuming zipper stuck at bottom).

If it's below freezing, the bike stays in the garage. After all, it'll be 60 tomorrow.

Interesting flight to Houston this afternoon. About half the load were immigrants, and appeared to be Afghans in the process of relocating. They were not familiar with the norms of our sir travel. Interesting people watching.

I must be warm blooded booties come out below 45.

Side note, mine are not insulated. More designed to keep water and wind at bay.

I have some nice neoprene booties. But I haven't used them, since I got my insulated shoes.

It ain’t your booties, it’s your beauty.

In other news, when I returned home this afternoon I noticed that someone had unzipped the seat post bag on my Surly. Must have happened yesterday while the bike was locked outside of work or Whole Food. Nothing in there but two tubes and tire levers. Nothing was missing.

That’s why we can’t have nice things.

I'm still trying to figure out how it became corrupted. Shifters, rear and front derailluers, all had different firmware. Can it access my internet on its own ? $240.00 for a new derailluer. Sram stopped emailing me on Monday. Kinda washed their hands of me. There are a lot of people having this problem on their website. It's memory corruption during the update process. They have even rolled the update back to this one from 2.17.0 and it's still going on.
I'm about to get $240.00 worth of unwanted intercoursing because I bought this groupo on ebay. Once they learn that, they'll stop talking to me. I've been saying it for a while Sram as a company has changed, they are a company run by complete Richards.
