Upgraded FD hits chainrings
Im upgrading the Kona w/alivio FD, micro shift SL & jagwire cable/housing. I haven't even put the chain back on, but the cage of the FD is too far away from the frame- small chainring, mid & big. When the FD is shifted to big ring, the cage hits the ring. FWIW, the FD is bottom swing & the band sits between the seat tube brazeon holes. The acera FD wasnt like that.

When the FD is shifted to the big ring, does the inner cage it hit the middle ring? What are your chainring sizes? How high is the outer cage of the fd above the big ring?

when the FD is shifted to the big ring, the inside of the cage hits the inside of the big ring. Chainring sizes are 28/38/48. The outer cage is ~ 1/8" above the big ring.

How about some photos?
Most attachment styles allow moving the derailleur up or down if the outer cage hits the big ring, or the inner cage hits the small/middle rings.
You have two adjustment screws on the derailleur to adjust the maximum range the derailleur moves out, or the maximum range it moves in.
Also adjusting either the cable attachment, or an inline cable adjustment (at shifter?), you can do fine adjustment of the cable length which can impact how it shifts (too tight, or too loose).

The vertical height looks reasonably good. The derailleur tail is coming pretty close to the ring, indicating that the derailleur was probably made for smaller chainrings, but it should be OK.
On top of the derailleur you have the upper and lower limit adjustment screws.
You can usually look at the design, or feel for tension in the screwdriver. But, I think the outer one is usually the upper limit. Screw that in until the derailleur pulls away from the chainring.
Then screw out the inner one until it drops closer to the right spot for the inner ring (and make sure the cable isn't too tight).
(or visa-versa).
