Di2 Setup Not working

Need help troubleshooting this 2 Di2 setups,
Have one bike with ST-R8050 shifters and XTR F/R derraileurs, I am using EW-JC130 the Y-sprit handlebar internal wire and the EW-RS910 at the barends. This is connected using a EW-JC200 with a SM-JC41 (Junction B) and a BT-DN110 battery.
My issue is, when I connect it nothing works, but when I conncect either derraileur individually it works, is this a Firmware issue? Obviously is not a cabling problem.

Thanks for the input.

Yeah... my first bet would be to update the firmware on both derailleurs, battery and the junction A... basically anything that'll accept a firmware update
I would use E-Tube Project 3.4.5 (4.0.2 is rather buggy at this time) and then select MTB when you start the app. (the type of bike is determined/set by the derailleurs).

Thanks for the input TerryDi2C, actually I do Not have an A box, (that could be the issue) I am using a JC200 to connect the EC130 (handlebar internal wiring) to the wire going on the downtube to Junction box B. I want to keep wiring internally.

The EW-RS910 you mentioned earlier is a junction A

It won't replace it, it IS an A-junction ;-)

All of these are "a" Junction A:
  • SM-EW67 (for use with external batteries only)
  • SM-EW90-A (3 ports)
  • SM-EW90-B (5 ports)
  • SC-MT800 (MTB display, 3 ports, BT-DN110 / BM-DN100 required. Has bluetoothLE / ANT built in)
  • SC-M9050 (MTB display, 3 ports, works with any battery. No BluetoothLE / ANT)
  • SC-M9051 (MTB display, 3 ports, BT-DN110 / BM-DN100 required. Has bluetoothLE / ANT built in)
