Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

What about the piano with both strings and hammers?

(I know the answer.)

Today I was messing with my bike and my 80 year old neighbor asked me about it. Told him I've put 50K miles on it and things are getting wonky and he asked why I don't just get a new bike. Told me he might be getting a new car even though his main car is pretty new and he has an Explorer to tow his trailer and an old street rod.

The whole mac and cheese as a filler or condiment thing needs to be stopped. When we were one the road, we stopped at a Panera, the least worst option at that exit, and saw that they have a grilled mac and cheese sandwich on the menu. Not grilled cheese - grilled mac and cheese.... as in, mac and cheese between two slices of bread and then griddled.
