Vintage Colnago + Vintage Vinyl: Does it get any better?
With my addiction to vintage vinyl, I am always looking for LPs. This one struck my eye, 1979, Tim Weisberg, Night Rider!
Almost full Colnago gear, the MASI shorts snuck in somehow.

I collect LP's as well, and have not seen that one, but I will watch for it.

The quiet spin of a ball bearing hub.
A platter so smooth and silent, you have to get close to see if it's moving.
Must be a rotational thing that trips an evolutionary trigger.

And - shorts were short, freewheels, tiny. Minimum length, weight and aerodynamic drag RD housing to offset the maximum length, weight and aero drag brake housings. (I used to fantasize on my 120 mile training rides of having surgical slots cut into my hands so I could drape them over the brake levers, housings through the slots. When aero levers came I was onboard!)
For me, it was Fuji bike and jersey, nothing on my shorts. Same freewheel. Different RD, same housing runs. 1977, '78. My feet have so many miles in those shoes, pedals, clips and cleats. (Types, not necessarily brands.) My foot issues didn't start until I went modern. I wasn't a hat wearer.
This take me back! Could be 1977, my glory year. Thanks!
And my AR turntable. Like my fix gear, fully manual.
