FLH Nostra Bike Frame

I recently got a frame with the brand "FLH Nostra" on the head badge and along the
down tube it reads "Luxus Nostra". I tried researching it online but I haven't found
anything, so I'm asking if anyone has or knows any info on this bike I'd really appreciate it!

Thanks!
Daniel.

I sure did, thanks for the info. Now on the 4th pic on the right side by the down tube

Beautiful frame that definitely needs some love!

Is the DT threaded 2/3rds of the way up, or is that just the paint job?
