Great candidate for a full-on CycleArt re-chrome and paint. cha-ching! At first glance, it looks like my size.
Comparing to my '72 Raleigh Pro, with its 51ctc seat tube and 53ctc top tube, I can almost make it work. Our head tubes look identical.
Just more stretched out and a lower bottom bracket, right? My wheelbase measures 98cm at its shortest points.
And BB height around 28 and standover close to 78. My Pro rides like an old Cadillac, so I figure an International rides cushier yet.
I live near where the 210 & 57 meet, so picking up looks easy. Whereabouts you reside?

I picked up the frameset today. It worked out well for the two of us, since we live thirty miles apart and met halfway.
Very nice seller who I wholeheartedly recommend. Perfect communication and accurate descriptions.
The exterior rust only shows on the surface - primarily the rear stays. Raleigh liked spreading it thin!
Inside the tubes appears rust-free. Threads perfect. Little bit of a bummer about the original owner grinding off the top tube stops.
I plan to touch-up the finish here and there, including simply clearcoating the chrome.
Comparing the International with my Professional, from the same era, contrasts the British workmanship.
They did not weld the International as cleanly in various places.
Hoping to outfit with full Campy NR, although it will mean two drop-bolts to use NR brakes. (I only found one in my parts bin.)
It may take some time for me to devote any time to the project. I will update here when that day arrives.
