That might be a factor.

I have suggested that the offenders should be forced to learn to ride rollers. No way a wobbler can do that, and learning to ride rollers pretty much forces you to have a smooth pedaling/ride style.

But no one rides rollers anymore. They are going the way of the stick-shift.
