Ciocc San Cristobal

I believe my Ciocc to be a 1982 but not sure. Campagnolo Gran Sport, Cinelli stem and bar, Ambrosio rims.

Work in progress.
I couldn't find a dedicated Rossin thread so here I am. I don't know the year, model or tubeset on this one, but it's a nice frame with some very cool details. The paint is a little rough, dirty and plenty of rust but the frame seems pretty solid. It doesn't have the rifling in the seat tube. The rear spacing is 126mm and it has the rear brake cable routing through the top tube.

Another Rossin.
This one has the Aero tubes. I think this is called Laser Air? It must be a mid-late '80s. It has the rear brake cable routing in the top tube but the shifter cable guides are above the bottom bracket. The shifters mount on top of the down tube... cool.

Those bottle cages on the Somec look close - do two bottles fit?

I can't put two bidons on my Pinarello, they clash. Of course I bought two cages and two bidons before I found that out. I do have this strange Shimano adapter thing that lifts the mounting holes up, but the one time I used it I managed to scratch the paint and vowed never to use it again!

Wolf Tooth makes some that look ok and were easy enough to install. They are black so you might have to strip it.

Hey botty kayer YES! Both of the Rossins are pretty much finished. Both need bar tape and some cable trimming.

The Laser Air with panto'd chain ring and quill stem. I used a 6 speed Campagnolo Super Record group.

The other Rossin with fancy paint job. C-Record 8 speed.

P!N20 oh man, the issue of the 2 bottles not actually fitting on your Pinarello sounds like the kind of Italian design oversight that used to happen with Italian cars of old, or an Italian threaded bottom bracket....
Luckily its OK on the Somec with 2 bottles fitting in fine.

Caliwild at Saturday night fever, and thanks, the guy who painted it, Mario Martini seems to be pretty famous in his own right and has painted for a number of other builders, not just Somec.

QuikRick nice, looking good.

Both are very nice! First is "Laser Aerodynamics" as they called it, it was the 'poster girl of their '80 catalog:
https://saarf.london/2014/04/18/vint...-bike-catalog/

The other might be late 80's RLX Quadro, based on the signature chainstay part on the BB shell, but (if I see properly) not having fluted tubes.
(also if I'm not mistaken that's a "post-C" Record 8sp - also fine stuff).
