Addiction 2021.3

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I guess if I really felt like sawing steerer tubes I have a couple of forks that could stand to be 5mm shorter...

Hawai'i has finally opened up unrestricted travel to vaccinated folks... but won't allow you to get certified without a trip scheduled. SMDH.

In other news, those windows I got las year? It took until a month or two ago for the last ones to be correctly installed. SMDHA. Fortunately, they do now attenuate the neighbor kids screaming. Can still hear them over the quiet, but with some background noise it's ok. And they don't sound like they're in the living room anymore.

Oh and #LPLO. SMDHOMT.

Nope. Standard seat post for a short rider. Just needed to get about an inch lower.

did everything but pull the cranks. Noise is still there.

Def. Louder when the right foot is pushing down, and the more force the louder it is.

Will investigate further tomorrow.

New stem height felt fine but I think I need a shorter stem now.
