Or I could wait to get mine from UPS on Monday...

I bought em kinda blind too. It's reassuring to know they don't suck.

I read a thread like this and wonder why every other company can't be half as cool as iro. I know where i'm getting my next set of wheels. And my next frame.

Loving mine so far. Deep enough to be sexy, hard enough to brave pre-repaved Girard, and still take regular length prestas. Full review to be posted soon enough.

so I got my wheels, all black, non machined, and seriously they look amazing. once I get this bike on the road (hopefuly in a week) I'll post a review.

One more humungous (sp?) praise of tony:
So I ordered some wheels from IRO roughly a year and a half ago, which were delivered to a place I no longer live at, and which is owned by a guy that I do not get along with. Anywho, I ordered my wheels two fridays ago, monday I get an e-mail informing me that my wheels are shipping, as you can imagine I'm stoked to hell! Then I read on and notice that the wheels are being shipped to my old address, the house I lived at when I ordered my first wheelset, AH CRAP! I don't want to go deal with my old landlord, the dude who stole roughly $600 from me and my room-mates. So in a rush I call tony, and tell him what has happenned, I give him my current address and hope for the best. the next day I check UPS and it says that the wheels have been delivered to my old house, and once again in a panic (because I don't want my old landlord to steal my wheels, he rides too), I call tony and told him that the wheels got delivered to the wrong address. Well, he got on the phone, and got everything fixed, the next day I get my new wheels and I jump up and down like a giddy school girl. Basicaly what I'm getting at here, I'm sure that nashbar or performance or who ever would have done the same thing, but I'm sure they have people hired on for soley that purpose, where as tony, with a new child, and orders out the ass, still managed the situation in a polite and quick manner. So yeah, Tony is still the top dude.

Well Tony asked for my address so he could send them. I told em, he just never sent em.

Planning to review/and try them out. I guess not... well I ordered a deluxe wheelset soon after, so... yay.
