Tour de France 2022
My son and I are planning to see a couple of the stages in the 2022 Tour de France. Stage 16 is Carcassonne to Foix, on Tuesday July 19th. We will want to drive up to the Porte de Lers which is on this route. When do the roads get closed to public traffic. We were thinking that we could drive up there the previous day(which is a rest day). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
