Who's done a 650B conversion?

I was chatting with some folks, and it seems the 650B conversion is somewhat popular. It seems you can install wider tires on a road bike, making it ride smoother and more comfortably over a wider variety of terrain. I was wondering if any members here have done the conversion, and if so, how does the ride compare to 700c wheels?

Just gathering some info. Thanks!
