I am skipping winter this year.
I quit my job.
Sold my house, for way less than what I paid for it.
I am putting all of my furniture, and appliances in storage.
I am now leaving for Buenos Aires next week, and the only thing I am taking besides my clothes are my bicycles.
The next six months will be nothing but riding and learning the Argentine version of Spanish.
After this Who knows maybe open a business, or a bar.
Ride reports will follow.

Hasta la vista!
You need to stay in Argentina at least until the World Cup, nothing like football and Latin passion!

Sounds like an adventure. Some may think you're nuts for quitting your job. I think it's brave. You may be one of the fortunate ones to escape the redundant madness of our lives. You're brave enough to make the change, good for you!

Two things you need to know.
Dos cervesos, por favor, and donde esta el bano. But the second one isn't always that essential.

The key phrases to learn in any language: ordering the local drink of choice, and where's the bathroom.
Together you're set; One without the other can be problematic.

I'd join you, but I don't think the wife and kids would appreciate not having a home, cars, appliances, or a husband / dad around.
