I have saved some energy bars and gels in limited edition packaging, but it's more for fun. I might display the collection like artwork someday. I'm not aware of any precedent for energy bars to go up in value like say, cereal boxes or Pez dispensers.
Now if you are a big fan of Megan Rapinoe or women's soccer in general, and you think it would be cool to keep even if it's ultimately worthless, by all means, keep it. (I'm keeping a Katerina Nash bar!) Otherwise, just eat it.

I remember a few years ago some folks got real agitated when Clif bars announced support for some environmental cause. Megan Rapinoe will surely push them over the edge!
