Finding the Right Drop bars..
I am looking for a bar that is -
At least 46cm wide (47-50cm would be perfect)
Either NO flare, or between 4-6° of flare at the drops.
Roughly around 130-135mm drop and 80mm ish reach, but this is less important as I can use different stems to adjust overall drop/reach...
I've been using the surly truck stop bars in size 48cm, which work great, but the shallow drop and high hood position with the excessive (to me) flare will have to be replaced eventually.
I've found some Easton bars, and Zipp service course bars both with 4° of flare.
I found some focus carbon road bars on classifieds with zero degrees of flare that seem to have some nice ergonomics.
also, I've been seriously considering these:

Can somebody help me find some more bars which match this criteria? The bike in question is my Opus Horizon (Apex 1 groupset, 650b wheelset)

Zipp XPLR 70 is one of the few gravel bars with a small amount of flare (5 degrees) so the shifters don't get ridiculous, but with more outsweep on the drops. Reach is 70mm, drop is 115mm, but the largest size is 46cm.

I am riding these in 46 on my gravel bike and I like them a lot. Great feel and ergonomics with my GRX shifters. I am a big fan of Zipp aluminum bars and I have them on all my bikes.

Easton has a selection of bars similar to the service course as well.
The bar closest to what im looking for would be the Joseph Kuosac drop bars... They are available in many different widths with respective sizes S,M,L (different drops and reaches..)
Anyone know of some other bars similar to Zipp or Easton?

Do the hoods and levers feel better with less flare? It seems like the brake levers on my Apex groupset flare out already as it is.

I love my Velo Orange Nouveau Randonneur bars; the 12º of sweep is barely noticeable.
Look up bars that match your criteria, then compare them visually: https://whatbars.com/
Eastern Standard or Funn G-wide look promising.

My stock satori drops had 8° which swept into 16° the lower you held onto the bars. I must've been holding them pretty low because 12° on my current bars felt like less. The more I ride it, the more I feel like I'd prefer something 4-6° .

When I’ve went for a fitting my shoulder measurement is 40cm. I’ve had a bike fitter recommend as narrow as 38cm on a road bike to account for some upper body issues I have. So the concept of going really wide on a drop bar all-road bike (that many ride just like their road bike, with varying degrees of ‘chunk’ thrown in) had always confused me.

From a bike fit / comfort perspective, how do wide bars affect your hands, arms, neck and shoulders?

Anything from roughly 46-50cm works fine for me. I'm fine to go a bit wider, but Definitely not narrower than 46cm. Us bigger guys get thrown under the bus when it comes to component specs.

I should have added that my shoulder width is 48cm. How do wide bars affect my comfort and fit? Very positively. How do bars which are TOO wide affect my fit? Not so much.
