I barely had to touch the adjustments. I started at the cog closest to the wheel, and worked out since I didn't expect the derailleur to index with the smallest cog. When I set the two freewheels on the bench, the new one was noticeably taller. When I laid a straight edge across the two second smallest cogs, however, it was level, so I judged that the spacing of the inner six cogs would match the old freewheel, and they did.

Then don’t remove or modify the 13t cog until you first try to index everything from the small cog. For now just ride it from the 15.
