This is a re-branded Alan frame released by Performance Bicycle back in the 90s. You’ll often see these Alan frames as Guerciotti’s. It’s similar to the Vitus 979 except the rear triangle is carbon fiber and the main triangle is bonded aluminum. I purchased this and was going to rebuild it with an old Dura Ace group which they originally came with.
Currently set up with a 105 group set and tiagra shiftersIt’s a triple set up which is in perfect working order. Triple is awesome for all the hills, and the bike itself is very light.

Centurion Comp TA in good shape and great price. Stored hanging in garage for many years now. Following back surgery I didn't ride it. Sized for up to 6'4" person. Excellent bike to learn and train on for athlete of any age. Will likely need new tubes. Current pedals require bike shoes. They can be changed out though.

As WGB said that bike is no Cinelli, it's apparently got internal cable routing (both rear brakes and RD), no chrome. could be a fastback seat cluster with "Dutch" style pinch bolt in the stay top, and "Columbus" DOs.
Could be there's a Cinelli BB shell but seller doesn't show good close-ups.
Worth asking for more and better pix before driving up or out to Sacto...my guess it's a pretty nice Italian or possibly custom US frame

Not, sure but I think the RD is a long cage. If it isn't an original long cage, is the cage switched for a long cage one??
Since long cages go for a good few bucks, coupled with cranks, etc, it's not a bad price for all if that's a long cage RD.

That is an original, long cage, Simplex SX 410 derailleur and is the exact model I just sold and replaced with a Simplex LJ 6600 GT. The SX is a nice derailleur and functioned really well. The cage is satin finished pressed steel. As to the bike, it has a Vitus 181 main frame and I had an equivalent, earlier model set up as a randonneuse and it was excellent. The guy I sold it to completed Paris-Brest-Paris on it.
