Bad Power Zone Data

I'm not getting the right power zone data from Strava on my training rides, which consistently shows me at a ridiculous zone 7 for 80% to 90% of all my rides. The real time power zone data from Cadence, the app I'm using is good and consistent with my perceived effort, but I'm an old guy trying to learn to use new training tools and metrics, which are much more reliable than perceived effort. Just learning to make sense of all the data is enough challenge. I'm using Strava, the Cadence app, Assioma Uno pedals and a Coospo heart rate monitor on an Android phone. There might be better ways to do this, but I'm at the edge of my technical ability, this combination works for me and I haven't needed any help till now. I'm pretty sure my age and fitness level are skewing the data, I'm 67 and a working, professional martial artist. Short of knocking some years off my profile age, I'm not sure how to get accurate reports and learning to read the data has done more for my training effort than I thought possible at my age. Any reasonable suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

How does the system know your FTP? Zones are %s of FTP, having the wrong value here would do what you're seeing. Did you do a test and enter the result into the system somehow, or did it have a default value that hasn't been changed? I bet the answer is here?
