That is a very useful chart. I've looked around before for specs on Vitus 888 and this is the first time I've seen them. Straight gauge but reasonably light weight.

Wow, some of that Excell stuff was really light.
The latter Podium must have been good too. My one bike made with it is my only full steel frameset under 18 lbs fully built up, pedals, saddle, botttle cages, etc.

The Super Vitus 983 is supposed to be very light for its time, but on this chart it just looks like another .9/.6/.9 .9/.6 tubeset. Is the lightness all in its reduced metric diameters?
