Help to Identify Bianchi Road Bike

Hi guys!
I just purchased a bianchi road bike recently and was wondering what the exact model/year of it if possible.

I have attached photos below. Its set up with Shimano 105s

The decals are 1988 -1989. In the USA market, Cromor was used in 1989 on the Campione d'Italia but it was spec'd with the mixed SunTour/Ofmega/Modolo Quattro group. The only Shimano New105 plus Cromor model that I'm aware of from this era was the Canadian market Brava.

Edit: It appears to have seven cogs on the back versus six, in which case it should be 1989 model. The serial number should provide confirmation on the manufacture date..

Check the serial number on the bottom bracket shell underside. This circa 1989 component spec list and geometry might be of help (I got these on here with a similar request on my Bianchi).

I think it's a nice bike and in celeste which is a big plus. But it's not one of the rarer "high dollar value" models if that's what you mean.

That's interesting! The serial number is from late enough in 1989 that it should be a 1990 model, yet it has 1989 decals and components.

That sounds like my Bianchi C. d'Italia -- late 1981 serial number, but evidently a 1982 model. Still a bit of an odd duck with the charcoal ("metallic Ralph Lauren brown" according to my wife, who is a professional artist) paint job.
