Because using the small pieces of paper to wipe is much better than using the smartphone.

I'm afraid "We're going to yell at you" if I have to stop for a #2 on a group ride. The ride leader set me straight that #2 must be #1 on my list of things to do pre-ride.

A #2 before getting on the bike for a good ride.
A #3 before bed for a good sleep.

Well I thought the OP was in a hurry and had someone waiting for them to go riding. So the length of the ride will make a determination of whether I delay the ride longer.

Also, the question depends on if this is just a straggler from the morning decree while on the throne earlier in the day.

Never had an issue with #2 while riding but many a time during running was another story. Its works fine while the trees and shrubs still have leaves, butt in the winter….

I’ll readily admit I was on the throne the first 2 times I read this thread today. In fact it’s where I usually am whenever I’m on BF. that being said I am surprised this thread isn’t closed yet. To answer this honestly I spend a solid 20-30 minutes lightening up before every ride.

I always have to laugh when I read about shaving grams off a bike to go or climb faster when enema would be the way to lose two to three pounds in one shot. Just say Fleet!

A coffee enema is even better...lightens the load and the caffeine absorbed..."in process"..bumps the ride avg speed up by about 1.8mph.

(in general..I think this topic sets a new high in lows)

Don't know about before a ride, but it would be a hell of a lot better than taking one WHILE RIDING!!

I have never had to do a number 2 while bike ridding. Yes for running but not cycling. But do some lite sit ups before heading out the door. Honestly I do the same before leaving to work. Helps empty the "tank". I would much rather at home than elsewhere.
