PSA-New Selle Italia Turbo saddles $54 and less (and free shipping)
Seems like Selle Italia got a little too carried away with the reissue of the Turbo and the price has dropped dramatically. Good news for cyclists who have worn out Turbo saddles on their 80s bikes. I have now purchased two of the reissues to replace older, trashed Turbos that have seen too many miles. Graphics, shape and feel are identical to the originals. My Miyata Nine Twelve originally had the smooth leather version in black. I ordered the black nubuck version as a replacement and I liked it so much, I got another one for my everyday bike.
The nubuck is just a very close brushed suede that has a nice hand and doesn’t grab at your shorts.
Here is the link to The Pro’s Closet where they are selling the Black and Tan ones right now for $53.99 with free shipping.

They also have a brown Bullit Milano Turbo for $49.99 but I don’t think you would get free shipping since it is less than $50. (I guess you could buy something small to get your total bill over the threshold.)

I get the feeling that after these are gone we won’t be seeing too many reissues from Selle Italia in the future.

People are asking more than this for beat-up used saddles on the Bay.

I wish San Marco would do this again for the Concor.
