Gets right back to the original point we're arguing--there's nothing rational about researching this guy's post history before deciding whether I want to do the google search, and I think it's a dumb "pro tip" to suggest that people do so. I'd have spent more time researching that than actually doing the short search.

Even for a cheap shot, that one is just stupid.
Feel free to waste your time researching whether someone is worthy of the great gift of your attention. My free will allows me to suggest that a "pro tip" that one do so is a pretty crummy tip. Nobody made you write two overlong, really badly considered responses to that very simple observation--it wasn't even aimed at you.
It's a guy who by the very nature of the question obviously doesn't know much about bikes. Either I want to answer the guy's question or I don't, I don't need to make a judgment on his entire life or seriousness or whatever to decide that and I think it's dumb to recommend that people waste their time rooting out the unserious or the trolls or whatever it is this week that's supposed to be unworthy of posting here or being treated civilly.
Are you done slagging on OP yet? You're completely out of line.

Here's something more realistic, good to go as supplied but with rim brakes:
https://www.prioritybicycles.com/products/thegotham
A bit higher priced, but has hydraulic brakes:

OP is on a tight budget. OP doesn`t even own a bike yet and he is already thinking of upgrades which would cost more than the bike which he doesn`t even own yet...It just doesn`t make any sense.

OP has a history of posts based in fantasy. This is just his latest.
No problem, if that is what he likes to do .... but I bet he might like cycling if he ever tried it.
