It's most unlikely you'll find THAT tire after how many years?
Look for a 27 x1-1/8 or 27-1-1/4 tire if you have clearance.
The 630mm BSD is the important part. 28-630 or 32-630.

27 x 1 1/8 Tires are less common then the 27 x 1 1/4 size, both tires will fit the same rim and generally same tube. Vee Rubber makes fairly base grade tires. Kenda, Dae Yong (sp?) are two other brands that are common and have made these sizes before. Not rare at all. But given the world wide pandemic and it's effects on the bike industry no surprise that these popular sizes might be out of stock in many locations.

I assume you have either no local bike shops or they all are out of stock too?

I just checked our supplier's stock of 27 x 1 1/4 tires and they have plenty in a number of their various North American warehouses, but no 27 x 1 1/8 available currently. . Andy

They have 1 (at the moment) here in 27-1/1-8 here-
https://www.biketiresdirect.com/prod...rsport-plus-27

Tubes are stretchy and will come in skinny>fatter versions and frequently marked to fit both 622-630 BSD tires. 700c-27".
Look for something that'll fit in the range of a 28-622 tube. (like 25-32/622) I like to make my tube stretch just a little.
"Real fat" 700c tires are called 29'rs.

Make sure you select the proper valve type for the tube. Schraeder or Presta.

27" road tires are getting fewer and fewer. There are some still around that make them, but your choices are limited. It's probably not going to be Vee, unless it's something someone still has left from older stock.

Is your rim a smooth bead rim or hooked. That'll make a difference. The 27" tires I had on my old bikes were smooth bead and you should make sure your tire is intended for smooth bead rims. Usually that's a wire bead tire, but some folding too. Some work with both, some won't work well with smooth bead rims.

Your tube should also be a 27" tube, but those are hard to find too, and a 700C is generally an okay substitution. But If you can get a 27" in the proper width range you should. IMO.

Bike tires direct has some 27" road tires still. I think Kenda makes them still in the less expensive models. Continental bicycle tires still makes them too, but you'll pay more for them. Others do too, but still your choices are limited. Especially for newer tire technology.

Don't worry about the brand, just worry about 27 1 1/8 of 27 1 1/4

700cc tubes fit fine (I am running 700cc Continental that are branded for 700cc or 27 on my panaracer paselas)

this may help just go to most recent posts https://www.bikeforums.net/classic-v...ce-thread.html
