Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Looks like we're dodging another bullet. Except for the fact that it is predicted to cross into the gulf rather than the Pacific. It would likely come back and bite us from behind, though not very hard. It's making landfall as a cat 1, so they are saying right now. Normally, by this time of year the hurricane band has moved further south.

So LAJ vanished some months ago, then Vol, then Mojo31, who was the most prolific poster in the previous Addiction.

I found a live feed for the game. It appears to be Japanese. Unlike the Superbowl, which is available for purchase, The World Series is completely blacked out in Mexico. Officially.

@Mojo31 had a big trial beginning on the 3rd. Maybe it went long. Or maybe he got used to being away.

Yeah, he was. He didn't say anything, maybe it is the trial taking his time.

I decided to go on a group ride tonight, so I missed the whole thing.

Actually not that sad, cuz the group ride was RAD!
