Garmin Customer Service (good!)
My Neo Bike is working very nicely, but I wanted a spare drive belt just in case. Contacted Garmin and they are sending one for free! I've read some complaints about Garmin customer service, but every time I've contacted them I've been treated very well.

I had a very basic Garmin bike computer, Edge 25 I think, that would randomly turn my Bontrager blinkies off. I called Garmin CS, they said to send them the 25. They send me a reconditioned Edge 130 at no charge.

I have found them to be fantastic. My Garmin 835 had really poor GPS tracking so they sent me speed sensors for free. They also said if I was still unhappy, I could send the the whole unit for repair or replacement. I thought that was fair.
