Some pakiT owners have reported the rubber feet thingies for the stand splitting/falling off.
Noticed my left/non drive side has cracked after about 20 rides. My feet don't hit them; I use
clipless pedals. I asked my dealer if he had any(BFold of NYC); he said he would order some
from Bike Friday. It wasn't clear to me if I had to pay; or it will be replaced under warranty.

Was trying to get some footage yesterday of my MKS US-S(Shimano SPD copy) in action. But
forgot to charge my Polaroid CUBE cam. No videos; just enough juice for a pic or two:

I had a an issue with the plastic cap inside the seat tube mushrooming on the BB shell and BF just sent me a bunch in a padded envelope, no charge. Now I lock the tube down higher up. But they were great about it, just popped 'em in the mail.

Good to hear that BF is responsive. Even though I asked my dealer for the parts;
I also contacted BF directly. Greg said he'll be sending some my way this week.

BF also asked if they can use my silly photo above in their site; I said sure.

Just wanted to follow up on a few things:

Bike Friday titanium seat mast/post was a bit too long. Had to ask BFold to cut about 3/4 of an inch off.
Now it's perfect. Wish they used titanium bolts. On the other hand; I think the rail clamps will take carbon
models(7 X 9 rails). I think; need to double check.

Cracked rubber foot for the stand. I asked my dealer; he ordered some. But at the same time, I also
contacted Bike Friday by email. Got a few in the mail a week later; no charge.

I ended up with a weird crack in the tailpiece that mates with the rear triangle when it unfolds. BF has paid for return and will fix it or replace frame as they see fit. Great service. Their opinion is it was a "flawed piece of metal" and not related to the usage or design of the bike. They could not find any stress points, bulges, etc. or other cause for the crack to develop. 10 year frame warranty is nice. They've also sent me a bunch of little parts as needed at zero charge. =).

Yes, I knew. I've been following your issue on Facebook. And according to BFold; Bike Friday not paying for shipping (& packing) to them is common practice. He(my dealer) just covered the cost for me. So another reason for me to be grateful to my LBS.

Question, is your frame a Xtralite model? Apparently there are 2 kinds of pakiT frames:
-Pakit Lite CroMo Light main frame $0.00 900g
-Pakit HiTen/CroMo (weight is for Med 55cm TT) $0.00 1000g

I wonder how they made the frame lighter, thinner steel? And if that's the case; did that contribute to your issue?

My frame is standard not xlite. Because I was going to use a Travoy, they cautioned against the lighter materials including seatmast. They did end up covering all the costs including packing. While they said it was their policy to not cover shipping to them, just the return, I sent them an email asking why that would be the case IF the damage was not due to owner use but was a manufacturing defect. I said I understood why I would have to pay to pack it, since I'm the idiot who tossed out the original box and materials, but felt shipping should be covered unless it was caused by something I did. They agreed and actually covered it all. I will definitely keep the box and stuff this time! I pulled most of the stuff off the bike to make returning costs as low as possible.
The crack was in a weird place...and while they said they didn't see anything to cause it, I still wonder if the constant folding and unfolding put pressure on the very end of that tapered tailpiece as it clicked into place, causing pressure further down. Seems like if you pushed up on the very end of that triangular tailpiece often enough (when unfolding) the crack is where the pressure would end up?

Glad that your pakiT is okay now, @linberl. Was following the saga on Facebook.

Used my pakiT yeasterday in the Five Boro Bike Tour. 40 miles around New York City w/ over 30,000 riders.
PakiT held it's own; didn't crash, passed many riders uphills.

I don't know if I could handle riding with that many people but it sure looked like fun (you tube). Course Marshall might be safer than riding. Funny thing - my bike is more than one pound lighter than it was before I sent if off! Same scale. The rear triangle seems a bit lighter and the BB shell seems not as wide. I'd say it was my imagination but the scale doesn't lie. They told me they just welded a new tailpiece, but the stickers on the main tube are not the ones I had on my original bike (I had them leave off the pakiT sticker and just put on a regular "bike friday" sticker when I bought it). Curious...
