What is the minimum.internet connection speed that will.support the Rouvy app?

For streaming (i.e. not downloading the video first) you need a reasonably fast connection, but nothing special. If your network can handle YouTube/Netflix video streaming without hangups then you are good to go. If not then you can still use Rouvy, but you will have to download the video file before riding (which could take hours on a slow connection).

Another thing is that there is an option to download tracks. So in case you have a slower connection, downloading the track will help you a lot.
