Somewhat random thoughts - crooked tires happen. Treads are glued on. They can get glued on crooked. Crooked treads matters just about zero on the ride. Those of us who have ridden tubulars have all glued on our share of tires crooked and just lived with it. Nothing bad ever happened. And glued on tires with visibly crooked tread, crooked stitching, base tape, etc.

How the bead sits is the usual cause of crooked clinchers. As said above, study that carefully. A poorly seat bead can be a real issue. A bead slipping off the top of the rim can be a ride ender. Even an unpleasant crash.

If this is merely a crooked tread on an otherwise OK tire, the easy fix is to put it back on the rear. If you cannot see it you might forget it and once that happens, no longer an issue. (And it might irritate the guy behind you so much he pulls forward of you so he cannot see it. Now you get to draft him, not tow him. All good.

And - rotating rear to front is generally considered a poor practice. Life as a rear tire is hard. Front tire failure has the very real potential to cause you a lot more harm than a rear tire failure. Different crash dynamics. So many of us do not put tires that have seen the rear on the front.
