Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Tires for my Steamroller

I'm just getting back to riding after some health issues. I'm still running original 700c x 25 tires on my steamroller. I would like to go up to 30 -32 tires . I could use some ideas for medium priced tires . My bike is set up as a single speed I ride mostly Bike paths with hard packed paths once in a while I'm a clyde
thanks in advance
Roy

I really like these, and have them installed on my All City Big Block. You could probably stick a 700x35c in the rear of your Steamroller.

If you don't ride in the wet, Gatorskins are good. I really like GP5000s also.
