WIKE vs Wandertec Trailer Wheel

Anybody here know whether the part around the axle that protrudes from the hub of the Wandertec Bongo Bike Cargo Trailer Wheel is removable so that it would fit the receivers that WIKE uses for their similar push button wheels? Can’t tell from the pic whether it’s just a spacer of an integral part of the axle. WIKE wheel has ASSESS hub but can’t find any info about the unit used on bike trailers.

WIKE:

Otherwise I can’t tell the two apart and the Wandertechs from Campfire Cycling are on closeout sale. TIA
