Pogliaghi, Umberto Dei, Frejus, Legnano, and Milani just for starters.
I would venture to say that there are more than a few folks who think
Colnago, De Rosa, Pinarello also given the carbon fibre bikes they currently build.

Marty already mentioned Frejus - which really pains me. They made some absolutely gorgeous bicycles.
Add Torpado (I think)

My 1971 Italvega was made by Torpado in Italy. Italvega was a Trademark name of Ben Olken who was the distributor in the U.S. but the bikes were all made and fully assembled at the Torpado factory. I don't know if Torpado still makes frames.

I had a Bugatti. I don't know the story on it, but it seems to be Italian of mid to low quality. Bugatti also makes hella nice cars.

Torpado also stopped doing business. After the owner was asassinated by the red brigade, his family sold the business to foreign owners & it quickly disappeared. Don

My bike is from the Palo Alto bike shop. Popular consensus is that it was made by Biemmezeta, who by the looks of it, made pretty nice frames. I haven't been able to find much info about them, so I think they're probably defunct.

Gonzalo,
There's the church museum in Ghisallo, Italy, but their site doesn't focus much on individual bikes. Try these:
https://www.bulgier.net/pics/bike/Catalogs/
https://www.classicrendezvous.com/
https://www.wooljersey.com/gallery/

Welcome to the world of beautiful classic road bikes. The Classic Rendezvous website that USAZorro pointed you to (see above) is more fun than should be legal. It has more photos and info than is safe to ingest at one sitting. I recommend it highly.

Thanks again to all.
I've been in the Madona de Ghisallo church just some days ago, it was incredible, I'll post some pictures in a few minutes.
