Howdy everyone,
My name is Shawn. I'm new to the forum. I've been cycling for about 11 or 12 years now. Started for losing weight but then got addicted and fell in love.
I mainly road bike and ride a 50+ mile rail trail near where I live. I'm actually doing 100 miles on it Saturday. First century in about 8 years...on a mountain bike.
I also mountain bike. I'm curious about gravel and bikepacking.
38 years old, male, live in the woods outside of Metropolis, Illinois which is the official Home of Superman. Right on the Ohio River, as south in IL as you can get lol
Also a very avid hiker, outdoorsman, youtuber, and freelance outdoor writer.
