Can you recommend best bike for my usage?

Hi, I am finding a best bike for my usage.

My plan is installing an e-bike motor kit on folding bike. I am thinking of Gospade motor kit or Bafang BBS02 motor kit.
I choose Enviolo Hub for drivetrain.

Wants
1) Folding bike frame (Should be side-folding type because I cannot fold the rear swing frame with mid drive motor kit.
2) Wheel size should be 20 inch ( 406 or 451)
3) Supports disk brakes or disk brakes mount
4) have headtube mount (I want to attach tern luggage truss)
5) have a detachment part on frame for Gates Belt compatibility. (or, bikes in which chain stay is over a top line of chain ; Riese & Muller Tinker Vario)

I am thinking Tern S8i.
Is there anyone who can suggest me an alternative?

I am afraid that mid drive electric assist + enviolo + gates belt + disc brake will end up in a quite heavy folder difficult to carry.

Tern already makes folding electric bikes either with quality Bosch systems or cheaper but non-kit Bafang mid-dirves.

My choice would be the Vektron S10 it isn't enviolo or belt drive but is an excellent bike for an electric folding bike.

However if you aren't regularly taking multi modal transportation, a folding bike may not be as needed and will leave you open to a ton of excellent e-bikes that can meet your needs.

The Tinker would be an option but it is not folding but a cool electric mini-velo and using Bosch and has a lot of the features you want.

Bikes that aren't electric aren't great candidates to become electric as they are usually not designed for the loads and torque going through them. Plus with something already designed and built to be an e-bike you will have a better chance of getting excellent support behind you which is handy on an e-bike.

I have 4 bikes; all folders. One electric.
It's a Tern Q9. Meets your requirements; 1-4.
Had it for about 1.5 years now; pretty happy w/ it:
