Peugeot Versailles(?) identification

The seller says it's a 1984 Versailles. Can't find it in a Peugeot catalog, but maybe there's a model # associated with that name.
The big question though, is what's up with the blue paint? Peugeot didn't do that, did they!?

I assume aftermarket paint tweaks are a real value killer.

Thx, great info. I was able to enlighten the owner, who was told it was an '84. That blue is so off, imo. Does not work at all. Anyway, the owner paid too much for me to offer her a decent trade-in for an Iseran mixte I've got on the market, coincidentally from the same era.
