I am so glad I listen to all the "old men" in my yute, lift with your legs, if it's heavy get help, the never twist with a load, don't kneel or sit on concrete. I am now the old man saying these thing, except my back, knees, and hips are working just fine.

A friend of mine in his 70's tried climbing a tree for the first time in decades, and tore tendons in his shoulders, which probably can't ever be repaired. I would like to avoid this type of thing, if possible.

This could help in determining W'. I would just put 5000 in there and see how efforts over threshold look. Then adjust from there.
