PNW Components
While cleaning my bike after a ride other day, I found the barrel adjuster on my Puget lever for my Cascade seat post bent/cracked. I contacted PNW about purchasing a replacement, and Brandon, from customer service, said he would ship me one for free, I just needed to pay the freight. I even tried to explain it was me crashing, not their product that caused it, he still said no problem. I will certainly be purchasing their products in the future.

They probably have 100s of them laying around and they don't cost a lot of money. That's good customer service though. Keeps you coming back in the future and maybe you tell your friends about your experience.
