This entered the realm of the just plain sad a few posts ago.
Literally no one is even close to buying his schtick, but he just keeps dancing.
This stuff is so bad, I'm suspecting someone is putting us on.

Let's see if I can slow it down or bring it to a halt:
ALLEZ OPI-OMI!
(Mods, take it down if you feel it's in bad taste)

This thread has deteriorated into a pissing contest between a few posters.

Deteriorated from what, exactly? A pissing contest between more posters?
The OP didn't make any sense, and it's been nothing but weird tangents ever since.
So I'm going to come right out and say it, I'm against lifting weights while riding a bicycle. You can't properly signal a turn with a hand full of barbell.

I keep getting a pop up ad for “End a Fight in 3-5 Seconds.” Does anyone know if it works on online forums?

You obviously don't know anything about cycling if you haven't figured out that you should zip tie the kettlebells to one side of your arms and duct tape the water bottles to the other side so you can do curls AND drink water at the same time. But make sure the bottles are made only from 100% adamantium because plastic botttles will give you BPA syndrom and stainless steel will introduce midichlorians into your subduralvascular subroutines and give you the chemtrails. It's just basic science, IDIOT.

I realize measuring watts is an instantaneous measurement.
Since I’m not well versed on the subject, is it correct to say that if someone rides a century in 6 hours and averages 100 watts is that 100 watts/hour and can that be extrapolated to total watts expended when multiplied by time? Obviously an average had to be calculated from something.
If there is a total watts expended, then if that same person rides 3 hours at over 220 watts per hour, he expends more over a shorter distance.
I really don’t know. If there is no method to measure overall power expended, then heavy/light/distance/speed will just be chasing one’s tail?

I don't know, all I know is I can ride the Kessell Run in 13 parsecs. Let's see you do THAT, puny earthling!

If you do that, then your curls will vary in weight as you drink the water and you'll never get the same workout twice, and then Satan will take over. Nostradamus predicted this 13 minutes ago!
You like Satan, I'll bet.

Right. Power (expressed in watts) equals work divided by time. So you're just looking for work (expressed in kj).
