What it doesn't say is: NYC Employment Requirements: At least three family members currently employed by The City of New York; at least one relative with prominent position in recognized NYC union organization; IQ may not, in any case, exceed 105; must be available to record minimum of 30 overtime hours per week. Ability to work with animals a plus.

It does state "full time year round position on a DOT issued bike for possibly six hours a day".
This isn't going to be a cake walk on those rainy days and/or about half the year when it's a nightmare out (IMO). I know a lot of people do it daily, there are serious upsides possible for health, but also a lot of danger regarding riding around the city all day in possible adverse or worse conditions.
