Heavy Duty single speed freewheels
Looking for recommendations on the best single speed freewheels out there. We use 20T freewheels in commercial operations and lately the quality of brands we have been using for many years has really tanked.
Also, we use a BMX style one piece crank and have started having failures of the BB's. What's a good strong BB to go with for a commercial operation? Should we upgrade to a sealed cartridge style unit instead?

I'm unsure why this is a question for framebuilders but the best freewheel I know of the White Industries freewheel. It's also serviceable.

my nice bike is at home
You might get lucky if you can find a N.O.S. British 1980's single speed f/wheel quality is very good & they did make 20 T I used to have one...

Profile Elite is another top end heavy duty freewheel, but supply seems to be limited at the moment.
In what manner are your BB's failing?
