Cruisin' the Parks at 70 Degrees

My town is still experiencing 70 degree days as we're approaching December 2021 - the perfect excuse to take the Meridian out on a spin. Nothing like a Schwinn!

Ditto on the jealousy! Last night I convinced my wife to do an evening ride with me and the dog, she said sure. 1 hour later in 0C we got home, jumped in for a hot shower, and while having a hot chocolate to warm the insides, my wife whispers to me "Hey why don't you clean up my bike for me."
I thought Wow, she wants to ride again, Neato! She then clarified "It's best to have it clean to store it since she won't get on the bike again until like maybe Easter."
You know, times like these is why I love my dog...

I repeat "You guys are so lucky!!"

Those are velcro loops to secure grocery bags when I go shoplifting -- er, I mean shopping - on the Trike. 😊

^^ It’s the grocery stores doing the stealing...

Almost freezing cold rain here with likewise temps the next day. I actually bagged all riding and just hung out at the house.

Rumor has that “nice” temps might visit us next week!

since I work in an office M-F & a 2nd job, on my feet 1/2 days Sundays, Saturday is my free day for errands, time w/ Wifey & bike rides. tuff to juggle, so I have to mix in rides after work. this morning we have freezing rain changing to rain, changing to occasional rain. wutz the difference? still have to dress for cold rain. looking at the forecast the next week will be clear w/ moderating temperatures. might trade my ride time today for an extra gym visit. maybe some treadmill work cuz I do weight training during the week. but I can't do treadmill work w/ a mask on. fully vaxxed but I throw the mask on when I'm near other ppl at the gym. ghost town during lunchtime workouts, so hardly use the mask for weight training. but a Saturday might be busier. big gym tho & not many ppl using them these days. I need to investigate, at least. sorry for the ramble, mostly wanted to agree w/ you about the cr*p weather
