Hello from SW Ontario Canada
Hi all, I live in SW Ontario, Canada, very flat land and often very windy here. I've been riding road bikes since I was 13, now just turned 75 and still at it albeit with a titanium hip. I ride only for fitness and usually 3-4 times a week if weather permits. My rides are usually between 25 /100 kms depending on time available.

Yeah quite cold here still, but summer gets closer every day!!
