Hello from NJ!
Hello all! Just got back into the saddle after a long break. Been riding since my mid teens in the early 90s with a lot of BMXing and trail riding. Looking to work on my core and shed the dad bod.
Finally upgraded from my old Trek to a new Polygon. Already have Oneup flat pedals on the way.
Hoping to learn all the new changes and help where I can.
